The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the corner of Calhoun and South Washington (near the Banner News Office) and head north on Washington Street. It will then turn left at the former Columbia County Annex Building and circle the outer perimeter of the Downtown Square in a clockwise direction, opposite the normal traffic flow. After completing the square, the parade will continue east on Main Street to North Jackson, then proceed north to Southern Arkansas University for the Celebration of Lights festivities. All participants will be dismissed at the Reynolds Center Parking Lot. Please note, no left turn onto Washington Street is allowed.
